An Exceptional French Oak Vendange Table 

A French Vendange table of exceptional quality, made of oak with an oval top.
These tilt top tables were originally used in the vineyards in France during the grape harvest.

They were often made of oak, walnut and pine. Some have survived , but in different states of disrepair and quality - this one is perfection!

A very attractive and useful piece of furniture...breakfast, supper, lamp and definitely wine.
