A Rare Swedish Root Bowl

An antique root bowl from Sweden which is so pale, almost white, soft and tactile.

Used as a milk bowl in a former life. Inscribed with the maker’s mark/initials. The base is heavier, the sides graduate up, getting thinner towards the edges.
